General Information

Korea has four seasons, with monsoon/summer in the middle of the year, and a cold winter from November to March. The ideal time to visit Korea is during the Autumns Months (September – November) where can experience warm, sunny weather, cobalt blue skies and spectacular foliage that is perhaps the biggest draw. Winter are cold and dry and are a good time to visit if you are interested in winter sports as there are numerous ski resorts. Spring (April-May) is also beautiful with all the cherry blossoms in bloom.

Food

Korean food, which has evolved over the course of thousands of years, is characterized by the belief that good food is the best medicine. The popularity of Kimchi, Samgyetang, Bulgogi, Bibimbab, and other Korean food is on the rise owing in part to the increased recognition or the health benefits of Korean dishes, most of which are low in calories and full of vegetables.
